SENIOR YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Senior Youth Leadership is a high-level training program for Non-uniform Ministry that culminates with an Investiture service. SYL is for those 16 years of age and up. What Master Guide is to Uniform Ministry, Senior Youth Leadership is to Nonuniform Ministry. The purpose of the SYL program is to equip our Senior Youth leaders and to prepare them for effective service at their local church, and Adventist Youth Ministry.
